Sample Engagements

• Engaged in a dispute arising from the dissolution of business interests between two major international industrialists. Provided market valuations for two of the entities subject to the purchase and sale contract. Also opined on economic damages incurred by one of the parties. The testimony was in the form of multiple declarations used in a mediation to resolve the dispute.

• Engaged by a corporate defendant to analyze financial data and claimant expert's damages computation in a post acquisition dispute related to the sale of a subsidiary business. Provided critique of damages and rebuttal analysis. Case was settled after deposition of claimant's expert.

• Engaged as a consultant by a major publishing and communications conglomerate to examine the expected future economic impact and profit impact on a subsidiary as a result of a proposed public capital replacement project. The work product was a report which was presented by the subsidiary in public hearings on the project.
