John Wills is the founder and Managing Director of Dispute Analytics. John has been the partner in charge or managing director of over 200 engagements requiring the independent and objective evaluation of financial information. He has testified as an expert witness on 70 different occasions in a variety of forums from federal court to arbitrations. His work has concentrated in accounting, auditing, economic damages, statistics and valuation and his expert testimony has centered on those topics, including the evaluation of fraud and deficient financial reporting. John's previous experience includes senior financial management roles in industry and he served as a partner at two Big 6 accounting and consulting firms. He has over 35 years of professional experience in accounting and finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, Accredited in Business Appraisal Review, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Certified Valuation Analyst and is a Certified Forensic Financial Analyst. Jean-Michel Ferat

Jean-Michel Ferat is a Director in charge of Dispute Analytics' Forensic Accounting and Investigation practice. Jean Michel has over 15 years of experience in the specialized fields of forensic accounting and fraud detection and has taken part in some of the largest and most complex forensic accounting cases in history including the investigation into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme, the multi-year investigation of dormant WWII bank accounts held in Switzerland and the collapse of WorldCom Inc. In addition to his command of accounting, auditing and general investigative procedures, Jean-Michel is an expert in forensic data mining and analysis of complex data sets. He has led teams in the acquisition and analysis of tens of millions of transactional records on numerous and varied international assignments. His work on the UN Oil-for-Food Programme investigation, for example, led to the discovery of $50 million in misspent funds, much of which was ultimately returned to the people of Iraq. Rob Reyburn

Rob Reyburn is a Senior Manager at Dispute Analytics and has spent the last 8 years providing financial analysis and valuation services to a broad range of clients typically in the context of complex litigation, business disputes, and corporate investigations. Mr. Reyburn is an expert in data analysis, particularly in developing and replicating computer-based financial models. His combined technical and financial expertise has enabled him to provide highly efficient evaluations of financial and accounting information, ensuring that the proper data is considered, and that conclusions are methodologically sound and grounded in relevant facts.
Prior to joining Dispute Analytics, Rob was a Manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services practice in Washington, D.C. Rob has an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is an Accredited Valuation Analyst and member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
